Clear rules for digital products.
These Terms of Service govern your access to Planner, its account features, credits, tutorials, and digital planner products.

Using Planner
By accessing or using Planner, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Planner on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must be able to form a binding contract where you live.
Accounts and credits
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Planner credits are a limited, personal license to redeem eligible digital products within the service. They are not cash, cannot be transferred, and have no monetary value outside Planner unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may correct balances affected by error, abuse, duplicate rewards, reversed transactions, or unauthorized activity. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Digital products and licenses
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, Planner products are licensed to the buyer for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the files in your own planning routine and make reasonable backup copies.
- Do not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or upload the original files for others.
- Do not remove ownership or license notices.
- Do not use products or the service unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that harms Planner, creators, or other users.
Orders and delivery
Product descriptions, prices, formats, compatibility notes, and included files are shown before redemption or purchase. Digital delivery occurs through the product page or your signed-in workspace when the file or entitlement is made available. You are responsible for using compatible software and keeping your own backup after download.
Paid credit options use Stripe Checkout. The price and, for recurring plans, billing cadence are shown before you confirm payment. Credits are added only after Stripe confirms a successful payment; recurring plans add the stated credits again after each successful renewal payment.
Refunds and failed delivery
Free downloads do not involve a payment. Requests involving a paid digital purchase or credit redemption are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
Content and intellectual property
Planner, its interface, text, branding, and original products are protected by intellectual property laws. Creators retain ownership of their contributed work and grant only the license displayed with each product. Third-party names and applications are the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
Availability and responsibility
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, products, rewards, or download methods. We will take reasonable steps to preserve valid entitlements, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planner is provided without implied warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you paid to Planner for the matter giving rise to the claim.
- These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
- You remain responsible for backups and for how you use downloaded files in third-party applications.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. If a change materially affects an existing paid entitlement, we will provide reasonable notice. Questions can be sent to contact@digitalplanner.shop.
