01

Information we collect

We receive account details such as your name, email address, user identifier, and sign-in status from Clerk when you create or use an account. We also keep records needed to operate Planner, including credit activity, product comments, redemptions, download entitlements, and messages you choose to send through our support or feedback channels.

Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs so the service can be delivered and protected.

02

How we use information

  • Authenticate accounts and protect private workspace pages.
  • Maintain credits, redemptions, licenses, comments, and access to downloads.
  • Respond to support requests and improve products and tutorials.
  • Detect abuse, troubleshoot failures, meet legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service.
03

Service providers

Planner uses Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for account-linked credit and entitlement records, Cloudflare D1 and R2 for catalog data and product files, and Vercel for application hosting and operational logs. Payment details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored by Planner. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
04

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing account access, preserving transaction and license records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by record type.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

05

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can also ask us to close your Planner account. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, or transaction purposes.

  • Email contact@digitalplanner.shop to submit a privacy request.
